Download the mobile app from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery to return your deposits.

Sign up and log in
Create an account, then log in to get ready for your return session.

Start with QR or NFC
Scan the QR code on the machine or tap via NFC to start.

Scan the barcode after the welcome screen
Once the welcome message appears, scan the packaging barcode and drop it into the opening.
If rejectedThe LEDs turn red and a warning shows that the packaging was not accepted.
If acceptedThe LEDs turn green and the packaging moves along the conveyor to the compactor / storage bin.

Earnings and balance are displayed
When the transaction is complete, your earnings and current balance appear on screen.

A receipt is printed
Print a receipt if you like; you can also follow your balance in the app.
